Return Policy

We do everything we can to make our customers 100% satisfied. So should you receive an item(s) that does not meet your expectations, we welcome you to our return policy. 

If you wish to return an item(s) within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit towards the purchase of another item, or a refund for the purchase price. All returned items must be unused in the original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do not return an item(s) without first contacting us. We have several warehouses througout the US. Different items may come from different warehouses. Returned item(s) sent to our corporate office or to the incorrect warehouse will not receive refunds and will add time to replacing item(s).

If your item(s) is lost in transit, we will provide you with any available tracking information, and what can be done to bring a solution to the matter.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned item(s) if other than broken.

After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final. All applicable product warrantees still apply.
